Our mission is to develop Parañaque into the premiere city in southern Metro Manila by expanding its commercial and industrial zones to better stimulate economic growth and create greater livelihood and employment opportunities for its less affluent residents in order to improve their quality of life and help them eventually become self-sufficient members of our middle class communities.

The Better Answer to Paranaque's Problems

- We intend to promote the development of our existing commercial and industrial zones by providing them with the necessary support infrastructure and economic incentives to increase the scope and level of their activities and operations
 
- We intend to enlist the support and cooperation of the business sector towards creating an average of 10,000 new jobs each year over the next five years, giving priority in hiring to local residents, with the goal of providing gainful employment to the breadwinner of each household in our depressed areas
 
- We intend to strengthen the middle class by adding to its self-sufficient ranks from the former residents of depressed areas, thereby greatly reducing the incidence of poverty in the city and transforming the former squatter colonies into low-cost, socialized housing projects fully owned by their inhabitants
